Lakeside Ranch
Welcome to the Lakeside Ranch! This was a whole home remodel through and through. We started by removing and replacing nearly every square inch of flooring and trim work. We painted cabinets, got new cabinets, all new countertops, all new tile, all new flooring and so on. We also removed a large bearing wall a put a massive beam in to open up the kitchen, dining, and family room. We also did a custom tile shower, custom hood, new light fixtures, masonry work on the fireplace, new fireplace and mantle. The interior remodel went from the main level all the way down to the basement.
The exterior was also a HUGE work in progress. We started out by ripping out and re doing a lot of the landscaping. New brick edging, rock beds and plants was just the start. We removed the old retaining walls for the beach area and re did new poured concrete retaining walls, brought in new sand for the beach, and also built a full Azek deck overhanging the lake. We then removed the existing decking, handrails, and siding to begin prep for the new roof cover. We built the new roof cover with lighting and a fan, installed all new Azek decking with Westbury handrails, and stained the underside of the deck and all the posts to match. This was a large undertaking and we think you'll love all the before and after pictures as well!
